If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days after submission, you or The Coffee Locator may bring a formal proceeding.
Binding Arbitration
You and The Coffee Locator agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or our website through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below.

Class Action Waiver
You and The Coffee Locator agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Unless both you and The Coffee Locator agree, no arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Either party may bring a lawsuit in court in the following limited circumstances:
